As a group, we work hard to serve our community. But the Jaycees are also about personal growth and developing positive friendships. We organize many social activites for our membership and individuals are welcome to attend any number of them they wish.
It is not a requirement that you have to participate in every community service or social activity. You can become as involved as you wish to be, the choice is yours.
A key component of Jaycee involvement is personal growth. Whether its leadership, community awareness or personal networking, the Jaycees are committed to helping individuals develop.

The Rochester Jaycees regularly schedule activities ranging from "After Work Club" gatherings, barbecues and movie nights to road trips. The possibilities are endless !
Members bring their own ideas to an open forum where anyone is free to participate. Our membership is diverse - from singles to couples, those with children and without and all ages from 18-40 - you can always find someone interested in an activity.
